About Cyndi

I value work/life balance with individual growth while embracing the essence of who I am as a person.  We can all enhance our lives by embracing ourselves in the moment and improving.  Protection of personal peace is important to successful pathways.

Headshot of Cyndi

My management background has been 30 years in medical and 10+ years hospitality/bar corporations that I helped build from the ground up.  I helped both corporations into a million dollar range using teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect.  I have found consistency is key to success.  I am versed with sales, marketing, team building, business analysis/cost analysis, operations, leveling up consulting and customer service taking pride in respectful and peaceful negotiations and thinking outside of the box to keep operations flowing.  My focus on both businesses was for a neutral, relaxed environment where people could join together in fellowship to heal, meet new people, and grow both as employees and patrons. I have experienced major personal grief, parenting challenges with a disabled child, and personal health struggles, and professional stresses that help open to helping others reach their full potential.  When I am not at work I am cruising in an antique muscle car with the music blaring and windows down along the beach highway headed toward a sunset view.  Life is about working hard, being a light for others, but always enjoying the ride while finding joy in the little things.  Live is a verb!   I have a Bachelors Degree and Masters Coursework in Social Psychology and enjoy continued learning.  Positive Psychology and respect for myself is where my journey of self exploration started for me.  Major grief has created a reevaluation of how I can help other people on their journey.

We are just walking each other home.
